Gorgeous accommodation, the breakfast was great, incredible location to bus stops for visiting the snow monkey park & snow sport areas. Knowledgeable staff, were eager to help with advice about anything. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious with a good cappuccino and had lots of food. the hotel is placed in the central location in the center of the town. It's close to the train station, the restaurants, and on the main street of Shibu Onsen.

Thank you for a very nice stay. The hotel is gorgeous with best staff, breakfast is excellent, incredible location in the best part of town. The rooms are neat and cheap with exceptionally comfortable beds. Fantastic service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi.
